Justin Casale-Savage leads Savage Advisory, a venture advisory firm that partners with founders building and scaling companies.
He brings a rare cross-functional background spanning investment banking (Bank of America, Houlihan Lokey), equity research (Raymond James), venture capital, corporate development, and embedded operating roles as CFO and CRO, applied across more than 100 companies in consumer, media, platform, and talent-led ventures.
Through Savage Advisory, Justin has directly supported more than $200M in capital raises, with portfolio companies going on to complete 50+ follow-on rounds and 10+ exits, including Manscaped, Momentous, Community, and Trendy Butler.
What makes his approach distinct is pattern recognition built from every seat at the table: as a banker structuring deals, an investor evaluating them, and an operator living inside them. Knowing each point of view lets him reverse-engineer what institutional capital and strategic partners actually want, then make a company's story, model, and roadmap attractive and defensible. And because he has operated inside these businesses, he knows what the plan demands in growth and execution once the capital lands.
Justin has worked across leading venture studios (Science Inc., Dyrdek Machine), accelerators (Disney Techstars, LA Dodgers Accelerator with R/GA Ventures), and funds (Third Wave Digital). He has also worked closely with talent and the firms that manage them, including Tri-Star Sports & Entertainment, on new venture creation, talent-led brand ventures, IP strategy, and capital formation across celebrity, creator, and athlete-led companies.
He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
